New Photography February 2014

SO I finally gave in to technology and bought my very first i-phone last summer and I have discovered that I love taking photos with it. It's quick and easy and I always have it with me when inspiration strikes. At first the art snob in me thought "well, this is not REAL photography because it is taking pictures with a phone" but I have seen some photography exhibits of work done with the phone. There is just something about the immediacy of it and the way it captures everyday things in my world and how i choose to see it. Yes, could do this with a REAL camera, but that's not something I lug around with me all the time like my i-phone!

This is a series I took last month and I call it Ice
